Obligations

As an all-volunteer organization, Resident and Exhibiting Artists have expectations for volunteering and supporting The Artists Gallery on a shared schedule basis.

All other volunteers are welcome, and we will easily find a way for you to help!   

Residents and exhibitors are expected to participate in receptions, on committees and attend the monthly meetings.  

Monthly rent is due in a timely fashion.  In addition to paying for exhibition space, rent also helps to cover the cost of advertising, utilities, postage, maintenance, gallery supplies and organizational needs.

Artists must have a business license in accordance with the City of Virginia Beach
